Hey everyone! I just want to follow up from the last blog post about my health and let you all know that some of the symptoms I was experiencing have been improving, and I have an appointment scheduled in May with a specialist. I want to express to you that I am very thankful for the prayers regarding my health and for the people that reached out to me to ask how I have been. The love I have felt during this time is something I cherish and am very appreciative of.

With my health complications and some other things that have played into this decision, I have decided to stay home. If you are wondering about the other things that have played into this decision, feel free to contact me directly.

My fiancé, Lindsay has also decided to come home as well, and with that…we are set to get married on May 13th! She is my best friend and I am so excited to start this next chapter with her!

As far as the funds go, they are still being used to support missions. The organization uses remaining funds to support missionaries and other missions they partner with around the world. With the organization being a non-profit, all donations to them are non-refundable. The funds are still being used by the organization, how they see fit, to spread the Gospel by partnering with missionaries and ministries around the world.

If you would like more details than what I shared on the post, like I said, feel free to contact me directly 🙂

Through it all, there has definitely been blessing coming out of it all and I am reminded of how great God is, and that He is so gracious to reveal Himself to us in scripture.

I would love to share these four pieces of scripture that help describe the most beautiful news that we can hear.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

Isaiah 53:5-6 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

I love you all! Jesus loves you most 🙂 thank you for reading! And I will say it again, feel free to reach out if you need anything or have any questions!
